As far as I’m concerned for the next four days my life I’ll be seeing cats and rainbows. NYAD presents #NYANCATCITY, and kicks off tonight, December 13th through the 16th. Nyan Cat takes over downtown NYC with a 4 day cultural event inspired by the internet. Global .gif phenomenon and Winner of the 2012 ‘Meme Of The Year’ Webby Award, NYAN CAT is the inspiration behind #NYANCATCITY: a good-humored, creatively diverse 4-day series of events that celebrates creativity and the influence of Internet culture—and cats.
