The Daily Meow – Kitty of La Bonbonniere on Vanity Fair

Just because a hurricane hits your vicinity doesn’t mean you still can’t get a cup of coffee and a decent diner breakfast post storm. As in the next morning. The amazing folks of West Village staple, La Bonbonniere were open and serving everything on the menu, with of course no lights – just gas, a match and their dedicated diner-food-making team. They never close – not Christmas, not New Years, not Halloween, not Kwanza and definitely not for no good for nothing hurricane. While waiting in line, I spotted this in the window. And life was like totally OK again.. MEOW.
