If you liked Jiro Dreams of Sushi (I highly recommend it by the way) then you’ll probably want to check out Step Up to the Plate. This documentary follows French chef Michael Bras as he gets ready to hand over his 3-Michelin-Star restaurant to his son Sebastian, and it provides an intimate look at the creative process behind both their creative process.
