Proenza Schouler F/W 2010

by ThinkCONTRA   |

I was always jealous of my uniform-clad, private school friends. And now, thanks to the boys of Proenza Schouler, I’m wanting one more than ever (sans that tacky, plaid kilt skirt).  Their fall/winter 2010 collection was an elcectic mix of electric bright hues, saddle shoes and sheer (literally) genius elements. That mix of leather and feather accents had me swooning for more. And though I’m not one for colour (yet alone 90s acid wash), the J-Brand collabo jeans were a refreshing accent. By far, the best part was the preppy (Gossip Girl-worthy) ties mixed with black sheer dresses. Definitely noted by Eric Daman.
