Expressionist Painter: Andy Denzler

At first look, you must have thought these were some old pics taken by a shit photographer during an earthquake didn’t you? Well, they’re not. They’re a series of paintings by expressionist painter, Andy Denzler. Denzler only works with his main ingredients: canvas, oil and acrylic. His style consists of abstract artwork with vague references to nature. See some more of his work after the click and the rest of it here.

“For over 10 years, Andy’s style had been abstract, with vague references to nature. Then, the shades of cinema and photo film appeared on his palette of colours. Denzler thus tried to adapt his abstract vocabulary to a figurative, wild and stratified language.”
