KENZO x Vans Spring/Summer 2013 ‘Clouded Leopard’

We’ve got jungle fever from Kenzo, and we especially can’t wait for these collaboration shoes to hit a store near us! As per previous collaborations from Kenzo x Vans, this graphic comes from an interesting place. Kenzo’s creative directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim took a trip to Thailand and spotted some amazing creatures, among them the “clouded leopard.” The print is infectious, spanning their entire SS13 collection from top to bottom, and now showcased on the uppers of Slip-On’s. The print comes in a variation of color-ways, including blue, yellow, green, orange, and ochre, so you can change your shoes as often as your underwear. Melting snow will reveal dirty New York City pavement, which is a more-than-perfect blank slate for these kicks to really pop.  The collection will be available March 15 at Kenzo retailers and online at Kenzo.com.
