Karin Park – Band Session and Interview (Video)

Karin Park‘s one of those few artists who manage to do a complete 180 and change her sound in a good way. Those who have heard her record Superworldunknown will know her strictly as a pop star; however, she’s recently undergone a major shift in musical direction that’s reminiscent of The Knife in sound and Björk vocally. No surprise considering how Christoffer Berg, producer of the famed electronic duo and Fever Ray (one half of The Knife), worked with Park on her single ‘Tiger Dreams’. Very interesting turnaround that’s worth checking out. Here’s an interview she did with CraneTV talking about her transformation and what it’s like to have her brother in the band.
